Wozza’s Cooking Suggestion:
- Fill a pot with enough water to cover the beef, bring to boil
- Place beef into boiling water
- Simmer for 30 min per kilogram, + 20 min (Eg. 2kg pickled beef = 1hr20min)
Serving Suggestion:
- Serve hot or cold with your choice of side
- Hot English Mustard or my Mom’s Sweet Mustard goes great with Pickled Beef
My Mom’s Sweet Mustard Recipe:
- 6 Eggs
- 500g Sugar
- 10g Salt
- 25g Mustard Powder
- 50g Condensed Milk
