Lamb Leg Roast

Wozza’s Cooking Suggestion:

• Preheat oven to 180 degrees (can also be done in webber braai, pizza oven, or spit braai)
• Rub meat with a little oil or lard
• Season with Wozza’s Savoury Chimichurri, salt and pepper
• Roast for +- 30 min per kilogram, + 20 min (eg. 2kg roast = roast for 1hr 20min)
• Rest for 10 min before carving

Wozza’s Serving Suggestion:

• Serve with baby carrots, green beans, roast potatoes, rice and gravy (use all the meat juices for gravy)
• Wozza Savoury Chimichurri on the table
