2. Same-Day Local Delivery Cut-Off

Orders placed before 10:00 AM may qualify for same-day delivery, depending on delivery area, operational capacity, and product availability.

Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be scheduled for delivery on the next available delivery day.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by traffic, weather, or operational delays.

3. Delivery Responsibility

Customers must ensure:

  • The delivery address is accurate and complete
  • Someone is available to receive the order

Once an order has been successfully delivered, responsibility for the safe handling, refrigeration, and storage of the products transfers to the customer.

4. Perishable Goods Policy

Due to the perishable nature of meat products, returns are generally not accepted once delivery has been completed.

However, we will review claims where:

  • The incorrect product was delivered
  • The product was damaged during delivery
  • The product was not in acceptable condition on arrival

5. Reporting Issues

Any product concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and may require photographic evidence for assessment.

Approved claims may result in:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A refund, at our discretion.

6. Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices may change without notice, but the price charged will be the price shown at the time the order is confirmed.
