Wozza’s Cooking Suggestion:
- Preheat oven to 100 degrees
- Rub meat with a little oil or lard
- Stuff with Wozza’s Turkey Stuffing (recipe below)
- Season with Wozza’s Savoury Chimichurri, salt and pepper
- Wrap in 3 layers of tin foil (shiny side inside)
- Roast for 10hrs
- Remove from oven, remove foil
- Wrap pork cocktail sausages with streaky bacon and secure all over turkey with toothpicks
- Increase oven to 180 degrees and roast until golden brown
Wozza’s Turkey Stuffing:
- 1.5kg Wozza Pork Sausage Mix
- 3/4 loaf of brown bread
- 1.5lt water
- 1.5 Onions diced
- Wozza BBQ Rub Seasoning
Mix all ingredients, shouldn’t be too wet or dry.
Serving Suggestion:
- Serve hot with your choice of side and gravy.
- Wozza Savoury Chimichurri on the table
